High School Mechanic Workshop

Basic car maintenance is important at any age and any stage that you own or have use of a vehicle. Unfortunately, more and more young people are not taught the basic essentials of car maintenance.

This workshop is for all high school students. Whether you are a girl or a boy, it is important to know the basics. How do you check fluids? How do you change a flat? Where do you place the cable to jumpstart my car? Triple A may not always be available, or you may have quite a wait on the side of the road. These skills, once learned, can always be put to use.

Josh Quintana is one of our CORE parents. He works for Larry Geweke Ford in Yuba City, CA as a Service Manager and has graciously agreed to teach some skill sets. He has a wealth of knowledge to lean on.

So join this workshop on Friday, October 22nd at 10:00am and learn the basics to maintaining a car or truck.

Check your ParentSquare to sign up for this workshop.

As with any activity offered through CORE, please call if you have signed up and are unable to attend.

Thank you.
